Around the World
From Acrobalance
Origin
This move is very popular in swing dancing and is sometimes called the pendulum when repeated.
Method
The flyer jumps into the base's arms, horizontally. The base lets go with their left hand, the flyer's feet swing around the base's body and then the base grabs the flyer's knees with their left hand. The flyer now lies across the base's back. Then the base lets go with their right hand and swings the flyer's torso around and catches them in front, where the flyer started. This can be low (the flyer's belly at the base's waist) or high (the base's nose in the flyer's belly button). This can be done once or several times in a row.
