Back Flying

This is a good intro move and is a common starting point for many acroyoga poses.

Mounting

Start with the base lying on the floor with their legs bent and the hips and knees. Have the flyer stand a the feet of the base facing away. The base places their feet on back of the flyer's hips and gently lowers the flyer. When lowering the flyer it is important to bring the weight directly over the hips of the base. If the weight is not brought far enough back then the base will be unable to press the flyer up in a stable fashion. The base may use their hands to support the flyer's shoulders.

Dismounting

The base can simply keep their knees locked and lower their feet bringing the feet of the flyer to the floor.
