This pose is very relaxing for the flyer and takes little effort on the part of the base. A great pose from acroyoga.
Mounting
Start with the flyer in Back Flying and have them bring the soles of their feet together. This creates a place on the flyer's hips for the base to move their feet to as the flyer rotates upside down.
Dismounting
Have the flyer return to Back Flying and then set them down by having the base keep their legs straight while lowering their feet.
