From Sitting on Shoulders, the flyer straightens their legs and reaches down to hold onto their ankes. The base moves their arms between the flyer's legs and holds onto their upper arms right next to the armpits. The base then straightens their arms, either by pressing the flyer up or by popping the flyer into the air by bending and straightening their legs once, quickly, and then straightening their arms as the flyer is moving up.
