Mounting
Start in Angel and then have the flyer roll to one side placing all of their weight on one hip. When doing this note that it will help to keep the legs as far apart as possible. This will add stability to the pose and prevent the flyer from rolling down.
Dismounting
The flyer can either return to Angel and be place back on the ground or can bring their legs straight together and roll down into a basket catch.
