Straddle

In this pose, your legs are straight and your feet are as far apart from each other to the sides of your body as possible. Straddles can also be piked, i.e. your legs are straddled but your hips are bent forward. A 'pancake' is a straddle which is entirely piked over, so that your chest and torso are in a straight line between your legs.
