Tandem Somersaults

This is great fun but takes a little practice to get right. Exercise mats are recommended while doing this movement.

Setup

Have one person lay down on their back with their feet in the air. Have the second person stand over the first's head and grab the ankles of the first. Have the first grab the ankles of the second.

Movement

The first/standing person needs to do a pretty big dive forward and then tuck their chin and roll into a somersault while placing the feet of the second person on the ground. As they jump the person laying down is pulled up by the stander's ankles. As they are lifted up they should take care to slow the first person's decent so as to soften the landing. As soon as the second person is upright they, then, take a big forward dive and the positions are reversed.
